08 June 2026
Verifying your identity in mySRA has changed to an app-based verification
Each time you log into mySRA, you must verify your identity using an authenticator app.
Multi-factor authentication significantly reduces the chances of a third party accessing your mySRA account. It helps protect your data and stop identity theft.
You will not be able to access your account unless you set up and use an authenticator app.
Open allBefore you next log into to mySRA, make sure your authenticator app is set up correctly and working on your device. This will help you avoid delays when accessing mySRA.
Each time you log in, you will need to:
- enter your username and password
- open your authenticator app to get your six-digit code
- enter the code to complete your sign-in.
The code refreshes every 30 seconds, so you will need to enter it before it expires.
