This notification relates to a Decision to prosecute before the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal. The Tribunal has certified that there is a case to answer in respect of allegations which are or include that :-
- Between January 2021 and November 2023, he failed to conduct litigation in accordance with his duties as an officer of the court. This involved him:
- Submitting multiple applications which were found to be totally without merit and which led to him being made subject to two limited civil restraint orders and a general civil restraint order; and/or
- behaving in a manner which caused judges to express concern about his conduct.
The allegations are subject to a Hearing before the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal and are as yet unproven.
